I enjoy renting here. The landlord is unknown and the place could use some tlc. Other than that, Kerri has been super helpful. She listens and tries her hardest to get things done. Also, Charles has been super helpful! Thanks to Charles and Kerri! They have quick email responses

I have had nothing but good communications with them. They are very responsive and friendly.

So fat they have been great every time there is an issue it’s minor or the company has someone come out to fix it quickly. Dealing with IIP has been overall a great experience with the exception of the property manager Janice she was and professional but when it came to general information she was unsure or gave us wrong information. A couple of examples are she gave us the wrong amount for the deposit which was in the form of a cashiers check. I drove an hour from home with the check from my partners account to make our initial downpayment. We had 1200 something which is what janice told and confirmed with us the night before however it was wrong. We were supposed to deposit just 930 and because we were over the amount you couldn't take it. Since it was my partners account initially I couldn't go to her bank and exchange. I had to go to my bank, take the money from my own account and get a money order. Fortunately I had the money to do so but it created such a hassle. We were told it didn’t have any central our which is fine we went and bought two AC units when wee moved in. Fall approached and we need to get our heater working. You had someone repair it quickly which we appreciate but then the contractor said there is an AC unit attached to our HVAC already that works. These are just two examples I can think of off the top of my head. Ultimately we are happy with your service very minimum complaints at this point.

I’m very satisfied with the IIP Management group. paying my rent is made very easy by using the portal system. And if anything needs repaired they come within 24 hours and resolve the issue very quickly and clean up afterwards. And a very trustworthy company ❤️
